No! you do not need to be a member to access physical therapy services. You will be asked to sign in as a "guest" to the Pro Club upon your arrival and provide photo ID, then proceed to the 3rd floor via the elevator to find the clinic.
While we try our best to accommodate last minute appointments, to receive the best service, please call ahead of time to schedule. This will allow us the opportunity to verify your insurance benefits, as well as allow the therapist to best prepare for your appointment.
Yes! We accept most major insurance plans, as well as Personal Injury, L&I, and Motor Vehicle claims.

Please note: we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time.Most private insurance plans do not require a referral to attend physical therapy in Washington State. We would need a referral if you have a Kaiser plan. Feel free to reach out to our front desk to confirm your specific plan details.
While we are not a pediatric physical therapy clinic, we do excel in treating sports related injuries for people of all ages. As such, we would be happy to evaluate and treat your child if they have been injured out on the field or court!

Our appointments are 45 minutes. Depending on the treatment that has been prescribed, sessions are occasionally closer to 1 hour. During this time you will be 1:1 with your physical therapist or physical therapy assistant to provide exercise modifications, cues on appropriate form, and help you recover faster.
Yes! We have both covered and uncovered spaces available. You are welcome to park anywhere in the PRO Club parking lot.
Your first visit will take place in the clinic so that we can complete your initial evaluation. After that, we can schedule your pool sessions!
Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, and referral (if your insurance requires one) and arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork for your insurance and therapist. Once complete, your therapist will provide a thorough evaluation and work with you to develop a treatment plan.
We’re located inside the Bellevue PRO Club on the 3rd floor. If you’re not a club member, please check in with the PRO Club front desk when you arrive. They will ask for photo ID and to sign in — the front desk staff will then direct you to the elevator that takes you up to our clinic.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
