In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, kayaking, camping, hiking, snowboarding, and martial arts. Having dealt with his own chronic pain conditions, Chris relies heavily on patient education and empowerment in order for each patient to earn a sense of control over their condition so that they can keep on enjoying life! He believes that exercise plays a fundamental role in the body and he empowers his patients by teaching self-management strategies to promote tissue healing and pain-relief using movement as medicine.
